How we use it
We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare appointments, deliver the service safely, manage aftercare, and improve client support. We do not sell personal data.
Website analytics
Mancova uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for privacy-friendly site statistics, performance, and Core Web Vitals. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. Google Analytics 4 only runs after you accept the Google Analytics 4 choice, and is used to understand aggregate page views, visitor trends, referrers, search traffic, and anonymous interaction events such as WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, direction, pricing, FAQ, booking question, and client result clicks. We do not send form names, notes, WhatsApp message contents, or Instagram message contents to analytics.
Cookie choices
The essential consent cookie stores an anonymous consent ID, your Google Analytics 4 choice, when the choice was first saved, when it was last updated, and when it expires. It is kept for up to 182 days. Google Analytics cookies stay blocked unless you accept Google Analytics 4. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from cookie settings.
Client photos and videos
Client photos or videos are used publicly only where permission has been given. Faces, names, and identifying details should be anonymised unless you have agreed otherwise.
